Year 11 & Prep fitness session

Today our Year 11 Fitness class ran a Community Fitness Session with Prep students as their real-world clients. The program was tailored to suit the fitness level of younger students and focused on developing gross motor skills.
The activity complements the Prep Immersion Studies Time (IST) unit, which is cantered on the theme ‘physical strength’ this semester. Students will continue looking at body movement throughout the term.
