Our Year 3 classes travelled to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary this week, as part of their science unit about classifying animals – birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and fish.
Students put their knowledge into action, answering lots of questions – and asking plenty more!
In class, students have been researching an animal and will create their very own zoo enclosure/habitat based on the needs of that animal.
