We invite you to begin your enrolment journey with St Paul’s School by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Please read The Department of Education, Skills and Employment – International Students Factsheet and the International Student Policy Handbook.
Step 2 – Apply online now, or complete and return the St Paul’s School Admission Application Form (International Student) along with the following documents:

- Copies of your School reports from the most recent two years.
- Completed reference from your current or most recent School Principal.
- Proof of age and identity.
- Copy of your passport.
- Written evidence of proficiency in English (if available).
- Letter of offer from another registered provider (if applicable).
- Completed Homestay Application form (if applicable)
- Application to the Queensland Assessment and Curriculum Authority (QCAA) for relaxation of completed Core requirements (if applicable).
Please note: all documents provided must be in English, or be certified translations. If you require assistance with translation, or any aspect of your enrolment at the School, please consider engaging the services of an Education Agent. Step 3 – You will be contacted to confirm a suitable time for an interview with the Director of International Education and the Registrar (International). This can be done online if necessary. During this interview, we will get to know you and talk about your future goals and expectations, talk about St Paul’s School and complete some simple assessment activities.
Step 4 – Following your interview we will provide a recommendation, as to whether we are able to offer you a place at St Paul’s School and if you will be required to undertake the High School Preparation course, or if you will be able to enter directly into mainstream classes. Based on these recommendations, we will provide you with a conditional Letter of Offer and Written Agreement outlining course details, entry requirements and conditions, fees and charges payable upfront and throughout the duration of your enrolment (including tuition and non-tuition fees), special conditions we may need to place on your enrolment and relevant policies, requirements and expectations.
Step 5 – If you wish to accept our offer of enrolment and agree to all conditions and policies outlined, you must return the signed Declaration in your Written Agreement, and then pay the fees in advance, as per the invoice provided.
Step 6 – On receipt of the signed Written Agreement and payment, the School will issue you with your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) certificate/s and Confirmation of Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) letter/s via PRISMS.
Step 7 – You can then apply for your student visa. Please notify the School, and provide a copy once this is approved.
Step 8 – Submit your Homestay Application form.
Step 9 – Meet with our Homestay Coordinator (online if necessary) to discuss your homestay wishes and requirements. Once your placement has been finalised, our Homestay Coordinator will arrange for you to connect with your Homestay family prior to your departure.
Step 10 – Provide St Paul’s School with your flight arrival details.
Step 11 – Attend Online Pre-Departure Orientation Session (if overseas).
Step 12 – Travel to Australia. We will arrange for you to be collected from the airport and taken to your homestay family (if applicable).
Step 13 – Attend your Orientation at School and begin your first week at St Paul’s!
