Notice of Annual General Meeting
Tennis Supporter’s Group
To be held on 9th October 2017 at 7:30pm
Tennis Clubhouse – Walker Centre
Notice is hereby given that the Tennis Supporters’ Group of St Paul’s School will hold its Annual General Meeting on the 9th October 2017 at 7:30pm in the Tennis Clubhouse.
All members are invited to attend this meeting and are eligible to both nominate for the Committee positions and vote on the election of Officers.
Nominations are invited for the following positions on the Committee:
President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
Committee Members
If you wish to nominate for a position prior to the meeting, please flick Silvana (secretary) an email outlining your preferred position prior to the meeting. All nominations must be proposed and seconded by persons eligible to vote at the subsequent elections. Please consider joining our committee – from personal experience – we have a lovely group of dedicated volunteers and the tennis players at SPS greatly benefit. Some of our achievements in the last year include: fitting out our clubhouse with table tennis, our own fridge, sofa and homework table for the comfort of our players, a BBQ, medallions for all of our TAS players and engraved key rings for a departing Year 12 students who have contributed to SPS tennis. We are always open to new ideas and ways of improving what we do……

RUGBY SUPPORTERS GROUP

Of the Rugby Supporters’ Group
To be held on 9th October 2017 at 6:30pm
Notice is hereby given that the Rugby Supporters’ Group of St Paul’s School (Bald Hills) Supporter’s Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on the 9th October 2017 at 6:30pm in the Library. All positions will be declared vacant and nominations are requested for the 2018 positions.
Anyone wishing to nominate for a committee position is asked to kindly complete the attached nomination form and return to Helen Milios [email protected], by Friday 6th October 2017.
2018 Season Sign-on

Next year the RSG will be supplying all players with a very special commemorative heritage Rugby training shirt to celebrate 55 years of Rugby at St Paul’s School. Please nominate your size to ensure that the correct shirt is ordered.
Heritage Supporter Jerseys
In the next few months a heritage supporter jersey will be available to purchase. These jerseys can be personalised with a name on the back, and it will no doubt look very impressive to have as many supporters wearing this special edition jersey at every game. Keep an eye out for further details.
NETBALL SUPPORTERS GROUP

To be held on 16th October 2017 at 6:30pm
Notice is hereby given that the Netball Supports Groups of St Paul’s School (Bald Hills) Supporter’s Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on the 16th October 2017 at 6:30pm in the Library. All supporters are welcome to attend this meeting and are eligible to both nominate for the Committee positions and vote on the election of Officers.

Nominations should be made in writing and lodged with the Secretary by 16th October 2017. All nominations must be proposed and seconded by persons eligible to vote at the subsequent elections.
